You may want to print out the list and circle all the fruits and vegetables which you have tried. Find some interesting ingredients and include them in your next meal.

One of my favorite soups is the ABC soup, which is prepared by boiling Asparagus, Beans and Carrots, hence the name ABC soup. Some days, I may prepare ABC sandwiches for my family, using Avocado, Blueberries and Corn. So really, it is about being creative in the kitchen. So eating healthy can be fun too!
